What We’re Not Naming In Leadership Right Now

UNAPOLOGETIC · SEASON 2/ EPISODE 2

WHAT WE’RE NOT NAMING IN LEADERSHIP RIGHT NOW

WITH CHRISTINE SELINGER

ABOUT THE EPISODE

Leadership today is being shaped by forces we don’t always talk about openly—fatigue, fear, backlash, and uncertainty.

In this episode, Christine Selinger helps name what’s happening beneath the surface of leadership culture right now. This is a grounding conversation about context, responsibility, and the cost of avoiding hard truths.

If you’ve been feeling the tension but struggling to articulate it, this episode offers language—and clarity.
