Courage Is A Skill— Not A Personality Trait

UNAPOLOGETIC · SEASON 2 / EPISODE 5

COURAGE IS A SKILL — NOT A PERSONALITY TRAIT

WITH KAI SCOTT

ABOUT THE EPISODE

Courage isn’t something you either have or don’t—it’s something you practice.

In this episode, Kai Scott and Erin talk about what it really takes to act with courage in leadership and inclusion work. They unpack why good intentions aren’t enough, how harm often happens unintentionally, and what skill-building looks like in real time.

This is a practical, grounding conversation for anyone trying to do better—and not sure how.
